Registering With DBS ME
  Why do I need a TeleMoney account?
    TeleMoney has been chosen as the preferred payment partner for DBS ME, and offers a secured and more convenient way of making payment online.

With our PIN authentication system, you simply need to key in your six-to-eight digit PIN either on the Internet or on your mobile phone to authorize the debit from your credit card which is stored in our secured encrypted database during your registration.

  How do I register for TeleMoney?

During the registration process, you will receive an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) call-back to your registered mobile phone requesting for the PIN you have registered with for authentication purposes.

When the registration is completed, you should receive your TeleMoney account number shortly.

  How much must I pay for this service?
    For consumers, the registration is free, and there is no charge for usage.

  Where is the credit card information stored when I register?
    The credit card information is securely stored in our system. We deploy strict procedures for data, network and operational security to protect the confidentiality of your information.

  Do I have to register for a TeleMoney Gold account?
    It is advisable that you upgrade your Ordinary TeleMoney account to Gold in order to enjoy greater ease, convenience and accessibility while transacting with our TeleMoney-enabled Merchants. Ordinary TeleMoney accounts have an accummulative spending limit of up to $100, and some of the TeleMoney-enabled Merchants accept only TeleMoney Gold members for transactions.

Buying With DBS ME
  Find the Items You Want
    First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. Keyword search boxes are located on nearly every page of our store. When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see its product detail page.

  Sign In
    You need to be a TeleMoney member before you can proceed to add items to your shopping cart. Signing up for a TeleMoney account is easy, you just need to have your mobile phone to accept the IVR phone call from the system. When the registration process is completed, you will receive your own TeleMoney account number to login to DBS ME mall.

If you have an existing account, your may login at the Returning User box, using your e-mail and password.

  Add the Items to Your Shopping Cart
    If you want to order an item from DBS ME, click the "Add to Cart" button on the item's product detail page. Once you've added an item to your Shopping Cart, use the cart's top navigation bar or the "Continue shopping" button to keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the View Cart icon at the top of every page of our Web site.

  Proceed to Checkout
    Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. Items from different partners are placed in separate carts. You may review items that you want from these individual cart by selecting the shopping cart on the left.

When you're ready to place an order for all items in the "Shopping Cart" section of your cart, click the "Checkout" button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form.

  Enter a Shipping Address
    Tell us where you would like to ship your order. Please do not ship to a PO Box as we require verification of receipt.

  Choose a Shipping Method
    Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and choose a shipping method.

You will see estimated shipment and delivery dates in the e-mail we send you to confirm your order.

We will ship items to you as they become available, beginning with those already in stock. You'll be charged a per-shipment fee for each shipment.

The shipping charge for your order will be displayed on the order summary page just before you submit your order.

  Provide Payment Information
    We currently accept MasterCard and Visa. All orders must be prepaid. If you're paying with a credit card, enter the number without spaces or dashes.

  Review and Submit Your Order
    Check the accuracy all of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the Place Your Order button to submit your order. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message. We will send you another e-mail message at the time of shipment.

  Check Your Order Status
    If you would like to review the order you placed, you may click the “View Order" link at the top of the page.

  Check Out Each Merchant Cart Individually
    Each merchant cart has to be checked out individually as they may have separate delivery costs in order to deliver your purchases to your specified address. This also allows us to keep track of the orders according to each merchant you had made purchases with.

  EZ-Online?
    DBS ME is proud to introduce EZ-Online payments, which enables you to pay for your DBS ME purchases with your EZ-Link card.

You will need a Sony PaSoRi contactless card reader which is currently available in major electronics and IT shops (click here for the list of locations).

  Make Payments With EZ-Online?
    Before choosing this option to pay, please ensure that:
a) you have installed and attached your Sony PaSori reader/writer;
b) your total check-out amount does not exceed $100;
c) you have sufficient funds on your EZ-Link card.

Choose the cart you wish to check out, and follow the steps until you reach the payment selection page.
